We had an amazing stay. The location was convenient as it’s close to the main attractions in the city. The house had a fun playroom that both the kids and adults enjoyed. The backyard was stunning, we spent most of our time enjoying the pool, hot tub and relaxing by the fire pit. The kids enjoyed playing basketball. The host was great, very quick to respond. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back!

We Absolutely Loved our stay Xerxes's was so assuring he was helpful he was very quick to reach out the home was beautiful the home is exactly how it is on the pictures everything was wonderful and clean the hot tub was amazing the games the fire pit just all over everything was great me and my family will return soon cuz we just had a ball 4/9- 4/12. 10/10❤️❤️❤️💯💯

This was our second time staying at ATL Patio Paradise, and it was just as great as the first visit! The home is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the patio area continues to be a favorite spot for relaxing.
Xerxes is an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and consistent in making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.
We had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great experience and great location, as we needed to be close to the airport. Great neighborhood. The space was what we needed. The place has been renovated and was very welcoming. The pool, hot tub, etc., was better than the picture!

Quiet neighborhood conveniently located to all the attractions we planned on visiting. The kids loved all the games, the hot tub and especially the movie room! We would stay again if we returned to Atlanta!

We spent 3 nights and 4 days and we had so much fun. I was able to cook dinner and breakfast with the beautiful stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The beds were nice and neatly made. We didn’t even leave the first day we stayed inside and enjoyed the jacuzzi, playing basketball, and playing pool amongst many other amenities. Xerxes was always quick to respond and even suggested where I could order groceries from when I asked. The house is located about 10 minutes from several places like Walmart, Hibbets, and a gas station. You can tell Xerxes truly cares about the property and want people to enjoy their stay. If you’re considering booking do it; don’t hesitate you won’t regret it.

We live 10 minutes away from the house but we wanted to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with a few friends and family. I was house beautiful and accommodating. Everyone that came loved it! The kids loved everything about it, it was like they had there own separate apartment, I wish we could have stayed a longer time. I will definitely recommend this home to friends and family. Many thanks to the host Xerxes for allowing us to occupy his rental home and being so accommodating. 🥰😍

Xerxes was an amazing host! The house was great; the set up was perfect for our friends and family. It was spacious and entertaining. The pool was heated and it was perfect for a night swim, which was about 48 degrees outside. Hot tub is spacious. Xerxes’ communication was top notch; when I needed to reach out for little things, Xerxes was available (within reasonable hours). The house was great but a hosts’ availability and communication makes the stay so much better. Thank you for everything!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly responsive Great communication which we really appreciated. Also it comes with fun perks for the kids like backyard, game room, and other cozy nooks that spark kids’ imaginations. It’s the kind of setup that lets you focus on making memories. We loved it 😍
