House Rules

Rental Agreement and Pool & Spa Liability Waiver are required at this property. 1. Maximum Occupancy The maximum overnight occupancy is 20 adults. 2. Check-In and Check-Out Times Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Late check-outs without approval will incur a $100 fee. 3. Smoking and Pet Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the back patio, and all butts must be disposed of properly. No pets are allowed without prior approval. Approved pets are subject to an additional fee. Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee. 4. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these times guests must avoid loud noise, music, or disturbances that exceed the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131. Note, there is a noise detection device located inside the property and one outside as well. 5. Trash Disposal All trash and recyclables must be bagged and placed in the designated bins located on the street. Please keep trash bins on the street. 6. Parking Rules Vehicles must be parked in the driveway (6 spaces). Illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. 7. Furniture Policy Please do not move or rearrange indoor or outdoor furniture. Additional fees may apply if furniture is found out of place, especially the game room amenities. 8. Candles and Open Flames No candles or open flames are allowed inside the property. 9. Hot Tub and Pool Use The hot tub and pool are available for guest use but must be used responsibly. If you are occupying the home on a Wednesday, the pool cleaner is scheduled to service the pool and hot tub on Wednesday’s.. She is very quick, you do not need to be present and she may access an enclosed area where cleaning materials are. No glass is permitted near or in the water. Please rinse off before using the hot tub. 10. Restricted Items Glitter, confetti, and fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property due to excessive cleaning risks. Violations will result in a $300 additional cleaning fee. 11. Children’s Supervision Children under 16 must be supervised at all times, especially near the hot tub and pool. 12. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are installed above the driveway, at the front door and in the covered garage for your safety and to verify the cleaning team. Tampering with or disabling cameras is prohibited. 13. Damage Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items caused by themselves or their group. Costs for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be billed to the guest. 14. Prohibited Activities Unauthorized parties, events, or illegal activities are not allowed. Violations will result in eviction without refund. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.

We’ve enjoyed our stay from start to end. There was a space for everyone (adults and kids) and for each interest. Definitely a nice place to be with family!

This was one of the most amazing stays we ever had. Our top 3 for sure! The place was sparkling clean, the beds were super comfortable, endless entertainment for the kids, and a kitchen very well supplied. The house is surrounded by a beautiful forest and the pool perfectly heated. I highly recommend this property. The host was the most friendly and welcoming we ever had. He even carefully used fresh flowers to welcome us at his property. Thank you so much for helping us during our family reunion.
