Absolutely no loud parties – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund. This is an indoor smoke-free property. No smoking inside of the property. Smoking Fee: $1000 With the exception of birthday cake candles we do not allow candles inside of the property. Pool is open from April 1st to October 31st weather permitting. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm (please respect our neighbors quiet time) **No Life Guard On Duty** All children must have an adult present to use pool. Flotation devices are only allowed for use inside of the pool. Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
