Please do not park in front of neighboring homes or in front of their driveways. Absolutely no parking on the lawn. Safety & Automation: Our property has been outfitted with the following safety features for our guests: • Schlage Smart-Lock • Ring doorbell and video camera (above garage) • Minut noise and smoke detectors • Centrally located carbon monoxide detectors throughout the house • Fire Extinguishers (located in pantry) • First Aid kit (located in pantry) HOUSE RULES We are located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Absolutely no loud parties – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund. Pool is open from April 1st to October 31st weather permitting. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm (please respect our neighbors quiet time) **No Life Guard On Duty** All children must have an adult present to use pool. Flotation devices are only allowed for use inside of the pool. This is a smoke-free property. No smoking inside of the property. Smoking Fee: $1000 With the exception of birthday cake candles we do not allow candles inside of the property. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets. BBQ and Fire pit require propane tanks to operate. We usually have a spare tank for when one runs out, please notify us in those situations.
