My family was in Atlanta for a birthday party (off site) and 15 of us chose to stay at The Cascade Oasis. There was ample room to accommodate all of us comfortably. We were arriving from all over the country. The location was close enough to the airport which made it easy for everyone to commute to and from the airport. Xerxes is truly a super host! We were able to see that he put a lot of attention to detail to make The Cascade Oasis a home away from home. The pictures are nice but the actual home appears more spacious in comparison. The house was very clean and there were so many activities available in the home that everyone had such a great time! Xerxes was very responsive and check in was extremely easy! Everyone agreed that whenever we visit Atlanta we will book with Xerxes!

The host was super nice. She response in a timely manner, any question I had she was detailed when answering them. Communication is key and she most definitely made me feel welcomed. Thank you for being an excellent host! We will be back in the summer 🤗

Xerxes place was the perfect space for a 12 person work retreat! Loved the downstairs area with the pool table and the hot tub was freshly cleaned and enjoyed by all! Also, Xerxes was a wonderful host, extremely kind and quick to respond and got us everything we needed!! 10/10 would recommend for a large group gathering.

Had a really nice time! Love the way they re did the basement! It was such a great time! I would recommend this place to get away, no noise from neighbors or anyone. Very good purchase and I’ll return again.

a cozy space in between traversing around atalanta. perfect for group chat getaways, competitive mario kart(bring your own switch), lounging with loved ones around the gaming garage and relaxing all in all.

Stayed with a few friends for a golf and football trip. This place was great, very clean and spacious and full of activities to keep everyone occupied. The neighborhood was also peaceful which allowed ample opportunity to enjoy the outside patio in peace and quiet. Xerexe was also very responsive and helpful even before check-in. I would definitely recommend this as a great stay and look forward to visiting again.
